    Prior to listing your home, I will help you determine if everything is in good showing condition before potential buyers tour your home. Here are some important things to consider:

    • Start Packing
      Now is the time to remove clutter and put things in storage. Consider removing family photos and personal items. Remember, we want buyers to see themselves in your home!
    • Touch Up Paint
      Touch up paint is not always needed, however it should be considered as it can make a significant difference.
    • Flooring Condition
      Depending on the condition of the flooring throughout your home we may find it beneficial to have soiled flooring cleaned or heavily damaged flooring replaced.
    • Curb Appeal
      Trim any overgrown bushes, mow the lawn and keep it free of leaves. Make sure the front of the home is clean and appealing. You want to make a strong first impression!
  • Professional Staging and Quality Photographs
    We may consider hiring a professional stager to prepare your home for showings. I have training in photography and a high quality digital camera.  It is important to have beautiful photographs which highlight the best features of your home. These photographs will be used for the listing itself, promotional fliers, and other forms of advertising. 
  • During the Listing Period
    I will work closely with you to develop a plan of action that will ultimately result in getting the best offers for your home, while avoiding disruption to your every day life.
